How hockey goalies get shoulder mobility for Windmill saves

We all want crazy flexible hips, but you also need great shoulder mobility.
This one is for you if you ever get a tired shoulder on your glove side or if you ever want to rip a big windmill save #whodoesnt ?

Seriously though – you need this motion if you are going to use your shoulder efficiently for a good active glove. If you struggle with this one it means you either have a very stiff shoulder or more likely you have a stiff thoracic spine, which means you will also have trouble playing big in the net because your shoulders are rounded forward.
