I know that we use the term – beer league a lot in hockey – and for some of you that actually means there is some beer in the dressing room after the game.
I am all in favour of having a beer with my friends, but it is also key to know how much is too much and how is that beer (or two or four) affecting your overall health.
I won’t talk about the risks of drinking and driving here – I know you are all smarter than that!
