After some urging to create a hockey training blog, I have finally taken the plunge. My goal is to provide effective, gimmick free training tips to elite level hockey players and to provide some motivation from time to time. Watch for 1-2 updates per week and feel free to comment and ask questions. I will do my best to answer them.
Let’s start off with my dynamic warm-up for hockey players. The players I train do not skate out onto the ice, do two laps and then sit down and stretch their groins. They do this dynamic warm up in the corridor before they even hit the ice.
