Let’s talk about the supplements I approve for the goalies I work with, and I will explain to you WHY. But remember, there is no magic potion to transport you to the next level. If there was, I would be out of a job, and you wouldn’t be sitting here listening to me. Your day-to-day nutrition, your sleep patterns, and your training routine should all be in tip-top shape, before you start turning to supplements.
The purpose of supplements is in the name itself; to SUPPLEMENT the wicked system you already have in place – being adequate sleep, well-balanced and wholesome nutrition, and consistent and effective training!
