Here’s a 3-minute breakfast for hockey goalies that is tournament approved! It’s a super quick and easy meal you can have for breakfast, lunch or dinner AND you can even make it in a hotel room with a microwave when you are traveling for tournaments or training camps.

This meal is going to deliver 30g of protein; 12g of fat; 28g of CHO – you can up the macros by adding eggs, adding cheese, whatever helps you stop more pucks.
