When your athlete’s team off-ice session is less than optimal. Advice for trainers.

Hope you all had a great weekend!  I am happy to see one Canadian team make it through to the next round of the play-offs!  I am excited for the Habs/Caps game tonight – sorry, but I am cheering for the Caps.  I love seeing Ovechkin play – I am a Sidney Crosby fan too – so you can send you hate-mail now – ha ha!
