Here’s the breakdown of the exercises in the video:

  • Rotary Control: Strengthening your core control with 2-3 sets of 6 reps each.
  • Crease Push/Pull w Plate: Enhancing your crease agility with 2-3 sets of 10 reps each.
  • Half Groin Hip Circles: Improving hip mobility and stability 
    • Abduction Emphasis with 2-3 sets of 4 reps each (both ways)
    • Adduction Emphasis with 2-3 sets of 4 reps each (both ways).
