As promised yesterday I am going to share some super simple ways you can become the goalie you want to be (or at least take some steps in that direction) without overspending on time, energy or money.
Here is a step-by-step video with three super simple exercises that, if you start doing them today and do them at least four times per week for the next two weeks, you will find more flexible hips and better stamina in your legs.
Will you be ready for the NHL or the fittest goalie in your league, um – No, but you will be one step closer to being a more mobile, dynamic and reliable goaltender than you are today.
The best time to start training…
You see, the best time to start your off-ice goalie training was 3-months ago (3-years ago for some of you). Do you know when the second best time to start is? That’s right – TODAY.
So give these a try – they will take about 8-minutes to complete and you don’t need a gym membership or fancy equipment to do them. Even if you already go to the gym and workout on the machines, even if you do one of those programs you see advertised on TV (I will talk about those another time) try adding these to your regular routine and see the difference a laser focus on what you need makes on your performance.
If you cannot see the video in the player above, don’t worry, just click this link:

Give them a try, let me know how it goes.
Cheers,

PS – don’t forget the brand new RRGT 2.0 is on for 48% off until Monday midnight if you want a complete step-by-step goalie specific training program that you can do at home.
