Hello D-men!
I think you guys sometimes get more ignored than my goalies so I am going to change that today with this specific drill just for you.
Before you get upset when you watch the video – I shot this back in January, so don’t worry, I am not at home with the flu today, you don’t need to send chicken soup.
Make sure you:
• take at least 30s rest between each rep and do 2-3 sets of 4-6 reps
• have good solid footing so you do not slip or trip
• stay low in your legs and keep your head and chest up
So there you go, a little D-man love for you.
