Not sure where you live, but here in Southern Ontario we had big snowstorm warning last Wednesday – like schools closed the night before because the storm was supposed to be so bad. Then came Wednesday – and not so very much snow. So then comes Saturday when they just called for some light flurries here and there – what did we get? Oh, like 15cm of snow out of no where. I love the snow so as far as I am concerned it can keep on comin’ woohoo!
Anyway, down to business. A few months ago I posted a slideboard circuit for hockey goalies and so today here is one for skaters. Check out the video below to see how you can build stamina and strength in your legs and build a strong core while training on your slideboard.
