Off Ice Hockey Training Interview with Kevin Neeld

Like most Canadians waking up today I am feeling sleep deprived but very happy.  The men’s gold medal game in Vancouver was one for the ages and I could not be happier that Sidney Crosby scored the winner.  Then it was all capped of with Vancouver throwing a great bash to bid farewell to the games!  What a night!
Hockey strength coach Kevin Neeld and I sat down for a few minutes a couple days ago to talk hockey training.  Kevin gives me his favourite off ice training drills for the legs and the core.  We also chat about using the bicycle for off-season training.  Have a listen..
