Morning Stretches For Hockey Goalies | DO DAILY

Today I have a Morning Mobility Routine that you can do every day in less than 7-minutes to unlock your hips and improve your hip health.

Here are the exercises you can follow along to in the video.

#1 – Quadruped Rock Back (10 – 3030)

#2 – Transition into Quadruped Hip CARS (1ea each way)

#3 – Transition into Dynamic Pigeon (10s hold and switch x 3ea)

#4 – Transition into ½ Groin Rock Back (5ea – 5s hold)

#5 – Transition into ½ Groin + T-Spine (3ea – each way – 2121)
