Mistakes, Upper Body, Mobility, Essentials and Core…oh my!

Stack of magazinesI think it would be an overstatement to say I have been ‘cheating’.  That word has such a negative connotation.

Have I been writing some hockey training articles for another fitness outlet?  Well – yes I have.  I can’t help myself, I want to help hockey players all over the world – it doesn’t mean I love you any less 😉

So today I have put together all of the article I have written for STACK fitness just to be sure you haven’t missed anything.

I think the Top 3 Mistakes article is a good one for this time of the off-season, so you have a chance to correct some of these hockey training errors during the remainder of the off-season.

Goalies, you will want to check out the Mobility article, but I have given you all of those great goalie stretches over last few years.  This article just puts it all together for you.
