McKichan on the brain :)

Well, I was going to post an article on how we use heart rate monitors at RevCon today, but I woke up this morning with Steve McKichan on my brain…does that sound weird?

Yeah, I thought so.

Let me explain…

Last week I did an interview with Steve, then on Monday I hit the ice with Future Pro’s Jason VanSpronsen and Sarnia Sting netminder Justin Fazio for some videos that I will share with you in a while.

THEN yesterday in my email I referred to my TURNING PRO private coaching program as Future Pro by mistake and now I have to pay Steve off with some Starbucks for the copyright infringement 🙂

So I figured I better get this audio posted sooner than later…

It is 100% FREE and you can get it here – – http://instantteleseminar.com/?eventid=66072351

We talk about a lot of things, including:

  • What differentiates a good goalie from a ‘great’ goalie
  • What goalies should be focusing on at different ages; 8-12, 13-16 and 16+
  • Does a goalie who is not playing AAA have a chance at a D1 Scholarship (this was the most surprising part of the interview, so if you are thinking NCAA Scholarship, definitely listen in)
  • The common threads his top performing goalies share

Steve is always generous with his time and knowledge, you can learn more about his camps and mentorship programs at www.FuturePro.com.

Okay, I will send out that heart rate monitor post in the next day or two, but until then, go be awesome!

Cheers,
M
