I cannot believe I have never posted this before since self-myofascial release has been a staple of our off-ice hockey training for the past nine years or so. I have included it in a lot of the videos that you watch, but never really gone through a systematic approach to foam rolling for hockey…until today!
I even had my super assistant Alex do up a one page graphic that you can print off and put up in your workout area or carry around in your hockey bag.
