Remember: Warm up properly before starting this tough workout to avoid injury and maximize gains. Here is the Workout:
- 100yd Shuttle Run: 1 rep
- Post Hold: 10-15 seconds each side
- Knee Down Lateral Bound: 4 each side
- Squat Jump + Hold: 4 reps (1 jump + 5-10 seconds hold)
- REST 3-minutes between sets and aim for 3-5 sets.
