How Hockey Goalies Use Stress To Succeed

Instead of always looking for ways to REDUCE all stress, let’s look at using it to succeed! Learning to distinguish ‘good stress’ from ‘bad stress’ is step one. Step two is finding ways to manage and cope with the stress that takes us away from our values and goals (‘bad stress’), and to lean into the stress that is a result of us going after things that matter to us (‘good stress’).

Stress can be a good thing, if you learn to use it in the right way. We cannot eliminate it from our lives, but we CAN choose how we respond to it. In today’s episode, we are looking at both physical and mental stress, and how you can transform it into the stimulus that sparks growth, both physically, and mentally.
