How Hockey Goalies Get A Strong Core
Ripped abs. Six pack abs.
Those are all great, but there are specific ways a hockey goalie needs to get a strong core.
Doing crunches and Russian twists, won’t get you the core strength and stability goalies need on the ice to lead with their head and shoulders.
You can substitute pretty much any of your standard ‘core’ exercises with one of these goalie specific core exercises.
