Perhaps that headline is a little misleading – – it is not that kind of video! It is just that the off-ice training techniques in this video for improving your lateral power are meant for later in the off-season. Right now I want you working on your movement patterns, stabilizers and strength foundation – these exercises should be added in a month or two. But since I have received a bunch of emails asking about plyometrics and lateral power exercises for goalies I thought I would give you a sneak peek – fair enough?
