Hello everyone! Welcome to our weekly Goalie Training Pro live Q&A session. I’m Maria from Goalie Training Pro TV and goalietrainingpro.com. Whether you’re joining us on Facebook or Instagram, this is the place where every Thursday, I hop online to answer all your goalie training questions.
How It Works
Each week, I dive into the mailbox to address your queries. If you have any questions during the session, feel free to type them in the comments, and I’ll make sure to answer them. Once we’re done, I’ll jump back to work as I have about 11 programs to design. It’s been a busy summer, but it’s always exciting to help so many of you with custom training programs.
Training Tips and Insights
If this season is pivotal for you, and you have eight weeks to go, make sure to check out the video I posted on Wednesday. Click HERE! It provides a detailed plan on achieving dramatic results on the ice. If you’re looking for a specific training recipe, including exercises, mobility, strength, speed, and stamina, let’s have a conversation. You can DM me on Instagram to set it up.
Addressing Common Concerns
I received a question from Ricky, who mentioned experiencing slight pain in his right quad. If you’re dealing with similar issues, I recommend seeing a physical therapist to get a proper assessment. It’s crucial to address these concerns early to prevent further injury.
My Approach to Training
My training philosophy is shaped by my experience in a sports medicine clinic, where I helped athletes return to sport after injury. I focus on biomechanics, anatomy, and physiology to reverse-engineer what each athlete needs. This approach has been successful with athletes from the NFL, Major League Baseball, CFL, and NHL.
Thank you all for joining today’s session. Remember, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out help[at]goalietrainingpro.com. I won’t be here next week, but I look forward to catching up with you all soon. Have a fantastic day!
