Hockey Goalie Stretches: Squat Master


A great warm up before you do squats or cleans, but watch for asymmetries from one side to the other, those are a warning sign that something isn’t working the way it should.

Only go as far down as you can keeping:
? a neutral spine
? the DB right overhead
? your heels on the floor
? your knees out

Its not how much you do, it’s how WELL you do it.
