Sorry that you’ve had an MCL injury, that is a tough injury for hockey goalies. Your first step is to work with your physical therapist to maximize your recovery and then when a return to skating and hockey gets closer, you can tryout these goalie specific off-ice drills.
Check with your sport medicine physiotherapist before you start them, just to make sure you are ready for them.
