Hip & Core Stability Exercises | Young Hockey Goalie

Are you a young ice hockey goalie who has a DESIRE to train?  If that describes you then here are some off ice, hip and core stability exercises you can do.  This video will also cover why training and movement for young ice hockey goalies should NOT be the same as a pro/adult goalies.

1) Single Knee Balance x 45s on each side

2) Push up Position around the world x 1 ea – each way

3) Reverse Square Hop + Stick x 1 each way – stick for 3s

4) Single Leg Balance + Hand Tracing X 3 each way on each leg
