GOALIES…Train Like This Off The Ice

All training is not created equal.

You can be a VERY strong goalie in the gym… doing gym things (and being strong is good), but if you aren’t also doing the things in the gym that will translate directly onto the ice for YOU as a hockey goalie, then you are missing out on untapped potential.

… and THAT pretty much sums it up doesn’t it?
