I am just getting ready to head into my Mastermind Meeting – we are in San Diego this time. I had a great run yesterday when I got here along the marina, I always like to get out for a little run on the day I arrive in at a destination – I think it helps get the travel out of my legs.
I must admit, I don’t mind the time change this time because I get to watch the hockey games right to the end before bed time. Not that it helped the Leafs last night at all. Wow, they have certainly put themselves in a hole. Exciting hockey though.
Today I want to share the third and final installment of my interview with Dave Rook. In case you missed the first two installments, you can find them here – Goalie Coach Interview Part One, Goalie Coach Interview Part Two.
Dave has worked with goalies at all levels and knows what it takes. I also like his common sense approach, he knows that not all goalies are bound for the NHL, but he genuinely enjoys developing goalies at all levels to be the best they can be.
Have a great day gang!
Cheers,
Maria
