Drills For Hockey Goalies To Get A Better Glove Hand

Are you a hockey goalie and want drills to help stop pucks from bouncing off or out of your glove?  This is a must watch for you!  These are off-ice goalie training drills that you can work on year round so grab your glove, your mask and some knee pads and let’s get at ‘er!

Here are the drills we covered – make sure to wear your glove, mask and knee pads.

  1. Rising shot straight X 60s
  2. Look Away X 60s
  3. Lean Away X 60s
  4. Hand Behind Back X 60s
  5. Ball off the corner X 60s
  6. Have someone toss the ball from behind
