Ice hockey goalie agility drills to help you build a vocabulary of movement off the ice that you can then use on the ice. When you do these drills, notice how one side feels fluid and quick, while the other side requires a little more thought – that nano-second hesitation (or subconsciously leading with the wrong foot) can cost you a goal against.

A) Wide Shuffle Lateral x 1 each

B) Pivot Forward x 1

C) Pivot Backward x 1

D) Pivot To Lateral Hop x 1 each
