These off-ice goalie drills help goalies track the puck – to practice the habit of tracking the puck with not just your eyes, but your head and your body.
You can easily develop these on-ice goalie habits off the ice and they will translate onto the ice so you are making more glove saves, blocker saves, pad saves and more good old gut traps.
Remember if the ball gets away from you, gobble it up just like a loose rebound.
