University of Wisconsin Hockey Strength & Conditioning coach Jim Snider shared his radical nutrition flip flop that he uses with his NCAA players.

It might sound a little wacky to start with, but when you think about it, it makes sense.

We also talk about the hip drive (aka Hip Thrust) and what is the right way to use it in training.
