Congratulations to Revolution Conditioning athlete, Andy McDonald on his invite to the tryout camp for the 2010 Canadian Olympic Hockey Team. So far Andy’s off-season training is going great, as always he is ready to work hard everyday and taking care of all the little extras to ensure that he is ready to go for the 2009-10 season. Looks like we will have to make a few adjustments to his training calendar since he will be joining the rest of Canada’s elite hockey players in Calgary at the end of August.
